Arceus is executing complete Online exam operations in Madhya Pradesh & Maharashtra for various departments – project delivery includes Channel Management, Exam Software, Hardware & Infrastructure provision, technical Manpower & Helpdesk Operations.
TECHNICAL MANPOWER SUPPORT / SUPPLY
Arceus is a key provider of SAP / ERP enabled manpower for eNagar Palika – part of SmartCity project of GoI ( for Dept. of Urban Development , Govt of MP). We are working with our client to Roll out integrated E-Nagar Palika solution across M.P. integrating citizen related and back end processes. We are also supplying technical manpower to KPMG Mumbai and others.
CALL CENTRE OPERATIONS
Arceus is operating call centres in Mumbai & Bhopal, where direct State wide citizen grievance handling is managed and problem-solving statistics uploaded to CM HELPLINE portal(s).
Data Collection & Digitization
Arceus is engaged in Data Collection & Digitisation for Various Government Departments Like State Urban Development department (for Municipal data like Property Tax, Water Tax etc.), Stamps & Registration departments records updation , etc. Also executing data collection and digitisation in various University Management System projects like the prestigious MUMBAI university

Maha IT
Maharashtra Information Technology Corporation Ltd. (MITC) has been set up as an independent government corporation wholly owned by the State government of Maharashtra vide Government Resolution no. DIT – 1716 / C. No. 286/39, dated 9 August 2016. It is registered under Company Act, 2013 on 6 October 2016.
MSRTC
The Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation is established by State Government of Maharashtra as per the provision in Section 3 of RTC Act 1950. The M.S.R.T. Corporation is operating its services by the approved scheme of Road Transport Published vide Notification MVA 3173/30303-XIIA dated 29.11.1973 in the official gazette.
ITI – Semester Examination
The Department of Technical Education was established in 1948 to bring various activities pertaining of Technical Education & all levels, under one roof. This Department was made responsible to administer & control various activities pertaining to Engineering Colleges, Technological Institutes, Polytechnics, Industrial Training Institutes.
MAHAIT
Under Maha IT, Maharashtra conducted recruitment examination via online mode at all 36 districts in Maharashtra for various department with our consortium partner US Technology Ltd. Trivandrum.
MSRTC
Under Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation, Mumbai, conducted recruitment examination via online mode at district level for various posts. This is transition cum up gradation for the candidates as well as MSRTC to convert recruitment exam from offline mode to online mode.
ITI – Semester Examination
Under Directorate Of Vocational Education & Training, Mumbai, conducted semesters examination via online mode at district level for all 4 semesters. This is transition cum upgradation for the candidates as well as DVET to convert the semester exam from offline mode to online mode.
e-Governance
Directorate of Urban Administration and Development Govt. of Madhya Pradesh has embarked on an ambitious e-NagarPalika project to develop a centralized web-based solution to computerize all cities across the state.
The primary goal of the project is to provide municipal services to citizens through multiple service delivery channels and ensure accessible, convenient, transparent and timely delivery of services.
In order to bring transparency and smooth collaboration within various departments of Urban Local Bodies and for the benefit of the citizens, the Government of Madhya Pradesh has embraced E-Governance by facilitating essential citizen services through this Portal.
The Citizens can file online complaints and subsequently track the status of their complaints online. Citizen can apply online for Birth, Marriage and Death Registration It is also possible for citizen to pay Property Tax and Water bills online.
